G. DOUGLASS ALEXANDER, CFRE
Chairman

G. Douglass Alexander serves as Chairman of FundraisingINFO.com. He also is a founding partner of Atlanta-based Alexander Haas Martin & Partners (AHM&P). Alexander has directed major capital and endowment campaigns totaling more than $1 billion for the Carter Center, Clemson University, the High Museum of Art and Rhodes College, among others.

Alexander also developed the successful fund-raising campaigns that brought the 1996 Olympic Games to Atlanta and revitalized Zoo Atlanta. He helped the American Red Cross raise $6 million in 60 days to aid flood victims in South Georgia in 1994. Alexander's success is demonstrated in Georgia Trend magazine which named him one of the "100 Most Powerful and Influential People" in Georgia in 1995.

Alexander has been in consulting since 1976, first as senior partner at Alexander & Associates, and then as Executive Vice President of Haas Cox & Alexander. In 1987, along with Be Haas and Del Martin, he founded AHM&P. The firm serves clients in United States and Latin America with more than a 95 percent success rate in hundreds of campaigns.

In addition to serving as Chairman of FundraisingINFO.com, Alexander also serves as the Chairman of MaGIC, Inc., a prospect research firm that provides electronic screening for clients throughout the United States. He was formerly the President of POW&R, Inc., a similar service that benefited more than 400 institutions. POW&R was purchased by a group of investors in 1994.

Alexander served as Georgia Chapter President and former national board member of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives. He was responsible for starting the "Georgia Philanthropist of the Year" award in 1983. He has also been a board member of the NSFRE Foundation, a regular columnist for Fund Raising Management magazine and a former board member of the American Association of Fund Raising Counsel.

Alexander holds an undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University, where he was an All-American basketball player, and an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University. He is also a proud holder of the Kroger card and recently qualified for a Piggly Wiggly card as well.




KRISTINA CARLSON, CFRE
President


Kristina Carlson is President of FundraisingINFO.com, where she manages day-to-day operations, membership services, fundraising consulting, marketing and anything else that needs managing.  

Prior to joining FundraisingINFO.com, Carlson was regional group president with First Counsel, Inc., a national fund-raising consulting firm that is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this capacity, Carlson was responsible for the firm's sales and operations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. 

With more than 17 years of fund-raising experience, Carlson is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. She has worked with three of the nation's largest consulting firms: First Counsel Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina; Ketchum Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Douglas M. Lawson Associates of New York. Carlson has directed successful capital campaigns, with goals ranging from $1 million to $200 million, for international organizations as well as smaller grass-roots groups. Her experience includes the establishment of resource development programs for two health-care organizations and the negotiation of philanthropic gifts ranging up to $16 million.

Prior to that, Equitable Financial Services in Richmond, Virginia, recognized Carlson as a sales leader. She holds a master's degree in community economic development from New Hampshire College and a bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University, with a major in marketing and studies in computer science and mathematics.  She is a proud board member of the Rose Bud Soccer Association that works to involve girls in sports.  Carlson joined the board of the e-Philanthropy Foundation, www.ePhilanthropyFoundation.org, in November of 2001.  




LARRY SHATTLES
Executive Vice President

Larry Shattles serves as Executive Vice President of FundraisingINFO.com, where he is responsible for investor relations of FundraisingINFO.com.

Shattles has more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing, including 12 years with Time Inc., now AOL/TimeWarner. For 14 years, he was President of Shattles & Associates, a publishers' representative firm contracting with leading publishers such as Time, American Express, Meredith and Hearst.

Shattles is co-founder and a board member of BioProgress Technology, a publicly traded company specializing in drug delivery systems and medical products. He received a bachelor's degree from Oglethorpe University.
