Director of Client Services
As a senior member of the management team, the Director of Client Services is responsible for the maintaining superior quality of all FRI customer services, including membership, ProspectINFO (research), and national account services. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing content for FRI’s numerous websites and e-newsletters, writing How To guides and manuals, maintaining the quality of other FRI services, producing monthly reports to key clients, supervising prospect research services and staff, overseeing production of proposals and delivery of proposed services, and providing operational consulting to FRI franchisees.
Minimum requirements: 5 years or more of broad fund development experience; a college degree; excellent written and verbal communication skills; some experience developing content for e-newsletters or websites; and mastery of Microsoft Office products. If you also have a CFRE, advanced technology skills, and/or experience working with commercially available fundraising software/database, your resume’ will receive extra attention. Membership Development Coordinator
We are currently seeking unique individuals who are goal-oriented and interested in helping nonprofit charities fulfill their missions. If you have desire to achieve individual results while supporting a team, our membership development coordinator position might be for you. The purpose of the membership development coordinator is to meet weekly goals that will maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation. The membership development coordinator will be responsible for appointment setting, cold calling, prospect qualification, negotiation, and closing. Additionally, the membership development coordinator will work with current customers to ensure that all questions, requests and customer commitments are responded to or resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Position requirements include: excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation and proficiency in MS Office suite, and experience in a goal-orientated environment. A completed 4-year college degree is preferred, and if you have worked as a volunteer or staff person for a nonprofit, that’s a plus.
