Service Agreement
Welcome
to FundraisingINFO.com! By becoming a member, you are agreeing to and understand
the following conditions of your membership:
Membership Requirements
Members should be at least 18
years old.
Members should provide FRI with
accurate and complete billing information including contact name, organization,
address, telephone number, email address/es and billing information including
credit card information as it pertains to your account.
Members are required to notify
FRI within 15 days of any change in contact information i.e. email address,
billing information, interruption in Internet service or change in contact name
for your account. We will not be responsible for interruption in member services
or benefits if we are not notified within this determined timeframe.
You will continue to receive
member benefits and services until we have been notified by you that you wish to
discontinue membership to FRI. Upon canceling membership, you will be asked to
complete a Member Exit Survey Form. Once we have received the completed survey,
credits and/or outstanding balances will be handled accordingly.
Payment Obligations of a Member
Upon registering for membership
to FRI, you are agreeing to be responsible for payment of membership fees. FRI
requires that our members keep their account current and up-to-date to avoid
disruption in membership services and benefits.
Payments in the form of checks
should be made payable to FundraisingINFO.com. Paper invoicing will be done on a quarterly or annual basis
only. Payments by check are due within 30 days of invoice date. We will continue
to invoice you until we have been notified that you wish to discontinue
services.
For our members that wish to
pay with credit card we provide monthly, quarterly or annual billing. Charges
will be billed to Member’s credit card, as applicable for membership fees as
well as additional fees for other services provided by FRI. We will continue to
bill your credit card for membership fees until we have been notified that you
wish to discontinue services.
Failure to keep account current
and up-to-date will result in account being suspended or possibly canceled at
the sole discretion of FRI. Charges will continue to accrue until the account is
canceled. FRI reserves the right to charge a reactivation fee of $250 for
suspended accounts.
Member Account, Password and Security
Upon registering for membership
to FRI, an account is set up with current contact information as well as a
username and password in which to access the site. You, as a member are
responsible for the security of the username and password and are to ensure that
no one else utilizes the information to access the site. If your account is a
One User membership, the contact name on the account is to be the sole user of
the account. FRI reserves the right
to monitor accounts for excessive use as well as multi-users on single user
accounts. A One-user membership that allows other to access FRI with their
user-id and password will be charged for multi-user membership.
Discounts
As a member benefit, FRI offers
discounts to other services offered through our site. In order for a member to
be eligible for these discounts, all accounts should be up to date and current
and in good standing.
MaGIC Discount: In order to receive the 5% discount to MaGIC screening, membership to FRI should be paid in full for a year or you have been a member of FRI, in good standing, for a minimum time period of 12 consecutive months. Refunds and/or cancellations of membership are not applicable for this discount.
Case Statements and ProspectINFO: Membership
to FRI should be paid in full for a three month period or a member to FRI, in
good standing, for a minimum time period of 3 consecutive months.
You may terminate your account
at anytime and for any reason by completing our Member Exit Survey Form at the
following link: www.fundraisinginfo.com/cancelform.htm.
The cancellation process will not be initiated until our office receives the
completed survey. Once we have received the completed survey, a review of your
account will be done. Any outstanding balances or credits will be addressed and
the account will be canceled and inactivated accordingly.
